With beginnings in the late 1980’s in Feldenkrais and Meisner Technique, a Joffrey Ballet NYC student intensive, An Academy of Dramatic Arts NYCstudent alum, Second City Chicago student alum and Modern & Tap intensive study at Columbia College Chicago, along with over 25 years in SAG/AFTRA, Michele decided to enter premed late in life and graduated over 40 as Dr Michele Marano DN. Fifteen years later, Michele is adding Subconscious Imprinting Technique to her list of accomplishments and offerings to her patients.

Years of somatic intensive study as a dancer, and clinical somatic study as well as the connective tissue intensive Swedish Naprapathy, have led Michele into a concentrated understanding of the body as a whole, integrated system. Circling pain with emotion and emotion circling with pain.

In recent years Michele has brought Naprapathy into the Equine world with multiple Olympic level equine clients and her own award winning horses, she prides herself in creating a space to house equine rehabilitation and human rehab concurrently, and also created a top level commercial equine feed.

Most recently, Michele has obtained an End of Life Doula Certification to compliment her ever changing work in the field of somatics and reach as many people as she can with her SIT practitioner lifestyle.
